At Dragonfly Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products that support healthy, confident skin.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with our assessment. Where appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions where ingredients were clearly listed prior to purchase. If you have concerns regarding suitability, we recommend seeking professional advice before ordering.
